⚠️ SHIPPING AVAILABILITY NOTICE: We currently ship ONLY to the 48 contiguous United States. We do NOT ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, or any international destinations. Orders placed from unsupported regions will be cancelled and refunded.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders to the 48 contiguous US states with no minimum purchase requirement. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or international destinations.
All orders are shipped directly from our US fulfillment warehouse, ensuring fast and reliable delivery across the contiguous United States.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at fountjoylife.com/tools/tracking or directly on the carrier's website.
Customs & Import All prices are displayed in USD with no hidden fees. There are no additional duties or import taxes for orders shipped within the United States. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at support@fountjoylife.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. Please note that your 30-day return and refund rights remain fully in effect regardless of when you report the issue.
Return Shipping Costs
- Free Return Shipping — If the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- Customer-Paid Return Shipping — If the item shows signs of use, has customer-caused damage, or is missing original packaging, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
