Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Free Returns

Free Returns are available for items that are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from customer-caused damage

For eligible returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Returns with Customer-Paid Shipping

Returns with Customer-Paid Shipping apply to items that:

  • Show signs of use or wear
  • Have customer-caused damage
  • Are missing original packaging

These items are still eligible for return, but return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@fountjoylife.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll review your request within 1-2 business days
  3. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for eligible returns)
  4. Pack your item securely and ship it back

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Please do not ship items back without first contacting us — Once your return is approved, items should be shipped to our US fulfillment center: Once your return request is approved, we will provide the complete return shipping address via email along with your prepaid return label (if eligible).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately at support@fountjoylife.com
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery and reporting any issues promptly. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return defective or damaged items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange for a different item:

  1. Return your original item following the return process above
  2. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item
  3. Your refund will be processed after we receive the returned item

Refund Process

  1. We receive and inspect your returned item
  2. You'll receive an email notification of approval status
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days of approval, please contact us at support@fountjoylife.com.
