🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does processing and shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard shipping then takes 5–8 business days. Express shipping (3–5 business days) is available for $39.99.

Is shipping free?

Yes! Standard shipping is FREE on all orders to the 48 contiguous US states with no minimum purchase requirement. 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, US territories, or international destinations at this time.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order at fountjoylife.com/tools/tracking.

Are there any import duties or hidden fees?

No. FOUNTJOY covers all import duties and taxes for US orders. What you see at checkout is what you pay — no surprises upon delivery.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@fountjoylife.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund. For full details, please see our Return Policy.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is unused and in original condition and packaging, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost. If the item shows signs of use or customer-caused damage, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

How do I start a return?

Email support@fountjoylife.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Are your fountains suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. Our fountains are made from weather-resistant resin designed for both indoor and outdoor use. We recommend covering or storing them during freezing temperatures.

Do the fountains come with a pump?

Yes, all FOUNTJOY fountains include a submersible water pump. Simply plug in and enjoy — no plumbing required.

How do I set up my fountain?

Each fountain comes with an instruction manual. Generally: place the fountain, fill with water, submerge the pump, and plug in. Setup takes under 30 minutes.

How do I winterize my fountain?

Before freezing temperatures arrive, completely drain all water from the fountain and pump. Move indoors or to a covered area if possible, or cover with a weatherproof fountain cover. Store the pump in a dry, frost-free location.

Do the LED lights need replacing?

Our LED lights are designed for long-term use and require minimal maintenance. If an LED stops working, contact us at support@fountjoylife.com — do not attempt to disassemble.

What type of water should I use?

We recommend distilled or filtered water to minimize mineral deposits and white scale buildup. Adding a fountain enzyme treatment helps keep water clear.

 

What is the water storage capacity of your fountains?

Water capacity varies by model — most FOUNTJOY fountains hold approximately 20 liters (5.3 gallons). For the exact capacity of a specific model, please refer to the product page or contact our customer service team at service@fountjoylife.com.

What warranty do you offer?

All FOUNTJOY products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. See our Warranty & Care page for details.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Email support@fountjoylife.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

How often should I clean my fountain?

Clean the basin every 4–6 weeks with mild soap and a soft cloth. Clean the pump filter every 2–4 weeks to maintain quiet operation.
